The level of care provided to my mother-in-law is shockingly inadequate. Despite her dementia, the lack of empathy from the staff is alarming. I often see caregivers more focused on their phones than on providing care. They seem indifferent and unmotivated, which is a disgrace to the caregiving profession. It’s disheartening to witness such neglect in a place that should prioritize compassion and care.
