They asked me to send photos of the damage. It wasn’t until the next day that they finally replied, confirming the car was undamaged before shipping and that the scratches occurred during transport. I don’t get what took so long – there are before and after photos, what more do they need to verify?The manager quickly tried to smooth things over and offered to replace the fender with a used part, which they’d send at no cost. I insisted on reimbursement for the paintwork since it wasn’t my fault. While they did respond fairly quickly, it felt like they weren’t too eager to process the refund. They said they’d only pay once I submitted an invoice from the paint shop. In the end, they did send the exact amount calculated by the repair shop.
