STEER CLEAR OF THIS SERVICE! I lost more than £7000.00. I placed my trust in this service, and they completely ripped me off. I paid over £8000.00 for a vehicle that was delivered with two bald tires on the front. They issued a full MOT, which I can't fathom being legal. After a test drive, I heard a humming noise that I initially thought was just a wheel bearing, but it turns out the front and rear differentials are shot, with a repair estimate of £4900.00. The sales representative was fine to deal with, but all issues are passed up to the directors, who never respond. I've requested to talk to them directly, but I'm stuck dealing with the sales representative. I asked for a full refund within the 30-day window I'm entitled to, but they refused. My only option now seems to be spending more money on legal action. Six months later, I had to sell the vehicle as the clutch started failing, leading to a total loss exceeding £7000.00, even after selling it.
