One-star – My worst decision in buying a vehicle I expressed my concerns prior to the purchase and was assured that the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected and was in good condition. Shortly after, it became evident that this was not the case. Significant issues arose, leaving me over £3,000 in expenses for rental vehicles and facing repair costs exceeding £3,000. This situation is not solely about the sales personnel – they sell based on the information provided to them. The issue extends to the preparation of the vehicles and the management of serious problems post-sale. Another troubling dealership. I would advise against engaging with them.
STAY AWAY - SIGNIFICANT FINANCIAL LOSS. I trusted this service and ended up being taken advantage of. I paid over £8000.00 for a vehicle that arrived with two bald tires on the front. They provided a full MOT, which I can't comprehend how is legal. After driving the car, I noticed a humming noise that I initially thought was a wheel bearing issue, but it turns out the front and rear differentials are faulty, with a repair quote of £4900.00. The sales representative was decent to communicate with, but all issues get escalated to the directors who never respond. I've requested to speak with them directly, but I'm left dealing with the sales representative. I demanded a full refund within the 30-day period, which I am entitled to, but they refused. The only option left seems to be to spend more money to pursue legal action. Six months later, I had to sell the vehicle as the clutch began to fail, resulting in a total loss of over £7000.00 despite selling it.
Do Not Trust This Service. They request a deposit without informing you that it is non-refundable. They are deceitful and untrustworthy—just avoid them entirely. DO NOT PROVIDE ANY DEPOSITS; you will never see your money again. They likely profit more from keeping deposits than from selling vehicles. They will find ways to avoid refunding money to both banks and courts. We plan on contacting regulatory authorities to file a formal complaint against this service and advise anyone else with similar experiences to do the same.
