I wanted to adjust the pickup time to a later date whilst keeping the drop off time as my flight was cancelled.
I called customer support, and the lady on the phone was incredibly arrogant, refused to help with anything and kept referring me to useless information. She interrupted and started shouting down the phone.
I dont recommend anyone to book theough them.
