The rental agreement clearly stated a corolla or similar. Yet when the vehicle arrived_ it was from a lesser category which could have cost half of the current rental price. I was also being put under pressure by the company to take the car before the requested time as they had parked in a drop off only zone and needed the car to be moved quickly. The handover took forever and I had wait for them to check if they could accommodate me in arranging the category of vehicle paid for. In the end_ this whole issue took over 90 minutes_ delayed my departure and I had to travel to their open air yard and wait for someone and make over 10 phone calls. I was the joke of my colleagues who were all upset because I had dealt with a third grade company. The employees that dealt with me could see the irritation of my colleagues and scolding that I was getting for this dealing with a fly by night company. Needless to say_ I had changed the vehicle which was not in the best of conditions as it parks under the sky and has almost 40 000 kms. I have never seen a rental vehicle with such high mileage. Unfortunately_ I was in a jam and it was too late to get another vehicle. Suffice to say_ dealing with your company has caused undue stress and delays and I will never deal with carflexi again. I will also make my comments known online so that others are not taken for a ride and disadvantaged by your company and its unprofessional partners.
