Avoid CarFlexi at all costs. Their so-called Premium Excess Protection is a complete fraud. I had a minor accident while renting a car in Thailand, and despite submitting every required document — the police report, insurance details, and the damage report from Enterprise — they did everything to avoid paying. Even the local company in Thailand warned me afterwards about their dubious ways.
Since then, emails are either ignored or responses were vague, and excuses kept changing. When I escalated to my credit card company to claw back the original payment, CarFlexi’s communication became even more evasive, with nothing resembling a real resolution.
A company that operates from Greece while claiming a Swiss headquarters smells of fraud. They sell “protection” and take your money, but when you actually need them, they vanish.
Do not trust CarFlexi. Premium Excess Protection with them is worthless. Save your money and book directly with the car rental company. They are fraudsters.
