This was far from satisfactory and overly pricey. I received conflicting information and had to follow up multiple times. Communicating with the representative was frustrating, as she consistently interrupted and didn't listen. They refuse to take accountability for their errors and are adept at shifting blame. The customer service was lacking, and I constantly found myself chasing them for updates. Their narratives changed on everything they communicated.
