I honestly don’t even know where to begin with how bad my experience has been.
I took my car in for one simple reason: to diagnose a very loud knocking noise. Within an hour of the car being there, they had crashed it.
This is a very raw, rare car and several of the parts damaged are now obsolete and extremely difficult – if not impossible – to replace. It’s not something you can just order off the shelf. The carelessness shown is beyond frustrating.
What made an awful situation even worse was the attitude of Gemma. She was sharp, abrupt, and came across as deliberately intimidating rather than helpful. There was no empathy, no ownership, and no attempt to handle the situation professionally. When someone crashes your car within an hour of it arriving, the very least you expect is courtesy and basic decency.
They did provide a courtesy car — but even that summed up the level of competence on display. It had a flat tyre, and to top it off, it was fitted with the wrong size wheel. Completely unacceptable and frankly unsafe.
And the best part? They claimed they “couldn’t hear” the knocking noise. The really loud knocking noise. The one that was the entire reason the car went in.
An incredibly stressful and disappointing experience made far worse by poor attitude and lack of professionalism. I would not trust them with a bicycle, let alone a car.
