A package was sent to another address and I wanted it redirected. I called the call center and when I tried to explain the problem, I was told that I had to chat on the website and they simply hung up on me rudely, saying that they had to take the next customer's call without even listening to my question. I went to the website and there is a chatbot that does not help with my problem. You leave a message and you don't know when you will get a reply. The point is that by the time they reply to the message, I will no longer be at the address where it needs to be redirected.What can I say.I do NOT recommend Cargus under any circumstances. Very poorly organized and with extremely rude staff.
