Not only do they lie to you, they also make it impossible to contact them or the deposits in whatever area you are located, the phone lines are always unavailable, the chat bot couldn't be more useless and they never respond to your emails or support forms.
Their services are a headache, many times. It happened to me in the past to receive a different package than the one intended for me, after a wrong relabeling by Cargus, and more recently I received a false notification that an attempt was made to deliver the package, although no one tried or called. Later, when I contacted Customer Relations, they told me that the delivery would be expedited, and the package was sent to the warehouse, instead of the recipient. It's hard with them...they are impassive!
Not only did they fail to deliver, but there is no way to get in touch with them. All the contact options are just automated responses. There's no chance to speak with a representative to redirect a package; the application pretends to provide tracking but is impossible to navigate. I also experienced fake delivery attempts.

This is the worst courier service. I've been waiting for a package sent from a location for 7 days without any updates on its arrival. I received an SMS notification about another package, but the courier never showed up, and now it seems I've requested a return. This has been the most disappointing courier experience.
This is the worst delivery company in the region. They blame others, show a lack of professionalism, and provide inadequate support. My international package arrived in 3 days but has been on hold for over 5 days. The service team has refused to assist or provide answers, closing calls and chats without resolution. This is truly the most unprofessional delivery service.
