Chat closes automatically if the user is inactive for more than 1 minute, but the waiting time is approx 15 mins. So you have to actually just watch your screen until an agent joins the conversation, otherwise you can never reach them as the chat closes. Additionally, I have been calling your designated number, 012 9330, for 3 days in a row, at different times and from different phone numbers - "the number is not available now, try later." The only time the number worked was during lunchtime when a robot picked up and said: we are at lunch now; call later (brilliant). I believe all of this is set up this way on purpose, as you probably are understaffed. I do not recommend it.
