This was one of the worse experiences ever. I ordered a jacket from Uniqlo, it came from Poland. When it reached Bucharest apparently dhl international did not put in my full address. So, seeing this on the awb i called the Cargus curier as soon as i got the sms with the delivery. He said that he could not deliver because his designated area was on the other side of the boulevard. I then called the call center twice, the first time on the 16th of January to offer my address in full and the second time on the 17th of January to make sure they will not return my package to the sender since i had this experience with them before. Of course that on the second day which was a Friday the 17th, after working hours with public ended i received an sms that my package was in their ship and go location out of Bucharest, in Magurele. So i had to drive there next day. On Saturday 18th of January the lady at the ship and go office started complaining that they are overwhelmed with work, that her and her team need to work during sick leaves, the call center never forwards the complaints aso. This is a very bad company, apparently the couriers are a disaster, no management involved and no one taking accountability for the errors they are making. There was a line of people in that office that were going through the same situation.
