I would rate lower if I could. I ordered some clothes from Germany, they got to the country in 1 day. Cargus took 4 days to "unsuccessfully" deliver them. I messed up a number in my phone number, but the email and delivery address was correct. They made 0 attempts to reach me through email or just check the address. I had to manually check that my package arrived at a NOT EVEN CLOSELY nearby pickup point. Lot of pickup points were available close to the address, but they left it at 2 km distance from me.When I went to pick it up, they couldn't release the package to me because I didn't have the PIN number. I called their phone number, and the lady told me to contact them trough email to resolve the issue, max 15 minutes, she said. That was at Friday 4 PM, the pickup point was closing. So I wrote the email and left, hopefully to return Monday. Well no, I got a reply Monday to clarify some details, which I immediately did, and that was that. It's Tuesday. I have gotten no response. I have no package, even tho I literally held it in my hand, but wasn't allowed to leave with it. It's been so long, that the sender automatically initiated the return process, thinking I don't want my package anymore. Had to contact them too to explain the situation.I would pay just for companies to not use Cargus.
