A disaster from start to finish

A disaster from start to finish. Not only do they have about 75 different companies, all apparently with different customer service teams and processes, but if you’re based in the UK you’re forced to call their German team at a high cost. They don’t even answer, which makes the cost seem all the more pointless. I am sick to death of chasing for updates. Their team are flippant, lacking in empathy and lazy in their responses. This used to be a class brand. Now it’s a shell of its former self, relying on snide tactics and smoke & mirrors techniques to evade doing the right thing by their high paying customers. A ridiculous way of dealing with people. Avoid and spend your money elsewhere, these money grabbing charlatans don’t deserve a penny of it.
