My experience of carharrt clothing is that there is zero consistency in sizing or material quality. I have shorts of the same style number and size bought at the same time whose only common factor is the label. The soft cotton drill ones are great when they fit but wear out in no time at all while costing a small fortune. I have similar experience with xl and xxl tee shirts and sweatshirts that go from skin tight to cart horse size. Buyer beware.
