My experience with this car rental service was absolutely terrible and unprofessional.I booked a car online, completed the process, and waited for confirmation. I never received any email confirmation or a reservation number. This immediately caused concern. Despite this, I arrived at Curitiba airport at the specified time only to be told that no reservation was available under my name. I was stranded and had to make last-minute arrangements at a much higher cost.To resolve the issue, I contacted their customer service chat, which proved to be completely useless. The agent provided no solution and simply reiterated that they could not find a reservation.The biggest issue is the aftermath: I never received the car I paid for, and I have still not received a refund for the money charged.
