Booked a vehicle for a week and because I was late for collecting by an hour they cancelled my booking AND want to keep the money for the whole week. This so outrageous. They plan to keep my money AND RE-HIRE THE SAME vehicle to someone else. Unfortunately I wasn’t the only person this happened to - people in front of me experienced the same thing. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE. I have never had such an awful experience with a car hire company.
