Kia and her team are fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and very welcoming. The team made the experience of purchasing a car seat extremely easy as there was zero stress involved. My son loved playing with his new friend in the store and was completely comfortable playing whilst I looked at the car seats. Kia got him involved in the selection of his new car seat showing him the colours he had to choose from. We will be returning soon to purchase another car seat for our baby due late this year.
