Kia was great at my online car seat fitting appointment. Having recently bought a two seater panel van with no rear view, I was concerned about being able to check my passenger side wing mirror. Kia helped me to work out a safe fit for the seat in my van that left me feeling confident about being able to drive with my daughter as a passenger.
It's also worth mentioning that when we originally bought the seat from cariad babi, the service was exemplary.

I booked an appointment to get my car seat checked and the lady who served me, couldn’t have been more helpful! I feel so much more confident knowing that my seat has been checked by an expert. I will definitely be back and will also return for future car seats.
Used Cariad Babi for a car seat consultation as my wife and I werent 100% happy with how our 3 month old was in the car, we were advised that our current set up wasnt suitable as there wasnt enough adjustment for the isofix, and suggested we used the carry car seat with seat belt fitment instead of isofix. This change has revolutionised our car journeys as before our son could more often than not be inconsolable, where as now he is fairly content, and we attribute this to him being much more comfortable and feeling more secure.A massive thankyou for the service offered, and would highly recommend others make an appointment. We have since said to other parents/parents to be, to get in touch.
Excellent advice and service. Kia was amazing, really took the time to explain and recommended a car seat based on the specific requirements of my baby. Kia took the time to show me how to install it in my car. I did end up buying a car seat from here but I didn't feel any pressure or obligation to buy. I'm am grateful I'll have a product that is as safe as possible for my child. I am so glad someone suggested I go here for car seat fitting and advice, in many ways I wish I'd known about it sooner!
We had a great experience with Lia yesterday. She was super understanding when my kids were acting up and was very informative re fitting and longevity of each brand of car seats. Ended up buying 2 new seats from her and were very happy with our purchases! Highly recommend!
This is our second time buying a car seat from Cariad Babi and we honestly wouldn't go anywhere else! Kia is so knowledgeable and really helped us to make an informed decision. It's a lovely atmosphere in the shop and we would recommend it to anyone. The car seat was quickly installed and we left feeling confident in installing for ourselves and making sure baby is comfortable and correctly in the seat.
