Kia was amazing at helping us find the perfect car seat for our son. After only learning about extended rear facing recently I had no idea what to really look for. Kia was amazing from the start, with being super accommodating with booking an appointment to the actual advice and seat demonstrations. We had an idea on which seat we wanted to look at but we were shown other options as well which were actually better for our son and will last him the longest. Kia wasn’t pushy with the sale in the slightest but I can’t imagine buying a seat from elsewhere now. Also a massive bonus for us was a super kid friendly shop where our son could play whilst Kia talked us through everything.
