Ordered on March 28 and cancelled on March 29. I called the customer service number and spoke with a rep for the next 3 days and got the same excuse. The shipping company for the product I ordered system is down and there was not an anticipated date for them to get it back up. I got tired of the excuses and contacted my credit card company to report the transaction. I am sure now that I recouped all of my money their system will miraculously come back on line. Stay away from this company at all cost. There are numerous reputable online parts company whose integrity and customer service are worthy of our business.
