I ordered four new rims and tires, but they arrived nearly a month late and were completely damaged. I've been reaching out daily without any reply. When I opened one of the wheels, I noticed that all the rims were scratched and damaged. It's been another month of attempts to get a refund. They even suggested I might consider keeping the damaged items if they offered a partial refund. They want me to use these defective wheels and tires on my vehicle, putting my safety and that of others at risk. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a company. I strongly recommend against doing any business with them; it feels like a total scam!
