I am writing this complaint due to the sale of multiple damaged body panels, and the refusal to issue a refund, only offering a small credit while instructing me to cover repair costs myself. I ordered a front and rear fiberglass bumper, both of which arrived with hidden cracks and damage not visible until the packaging was opened. I documented the issues immediately and reached out for assistance. However, they denied my request for a refund or replacement, claiming that damage must be reported upon delivery and the shipment refused, despite the fact that concealed damage is not detectable without opening the package. Subsequently, I ordered another replacement bumper, and upon its arrival, I attempted to inspect it before signing. The delivery driver denied my request to inspect it, stating he was not allowed to open the package before I signed. This made it impossible to adhere to the inspection requirement. Unfortunately, that bumper was also damaged once unwrapped. Despite receiving damaged items on multiple occasions, the company would not cooperate in resolving the matter. They insisted I file a freight claim myself, although only the shipper can do that, and they offered a mere $100 credit, telling me to have the bumpers repaired at my own cost. I am now out over $2,000 with no usable items. The company continues to deny any responsibility while using a carrier that prohibits inspection, rendering their delivery policy unrealistic and unfair to customers. I am seeking a full refund for the damaged products.
