Excessive Charges at Lease End: I was charged 50% of the car's current market value at the conclusion of the contract, which seems unreasonable and feels punitive. There was no clear justification for this high amount, and my repeated complaints went unanswered. The documentation provided was not adequate to clarify the charges. 2. Insurance Issues: The car was fully insured throughout the lease, yet I was presented with the full repair costs and no documentation from the insurance provider was offered. This feels fundamentally unfair and suggests possible double-charging. 3. Inflated Service Charges: I was billed for a missed service, but the amount exceeded what the service provider was paid for the actual work. This isn’t a reimbursement; it seems to be a profit-driven fee. Most troubling was being charged for a "loss of manufacturer warranty" despite having written confirmation that the warranty remained intact. It appears that they are fabricating losses to extract additional funds. In conclusion, I faced attempts to impose inflated charges that should have been covered by insurance or are entirely fictitious. Their practices lack integrity and transparency.
