I feel compelled to share my experience to caution others about the company's alarming and predatory billing practices at the conclusion of a lease. This has been one of the most frustrating consumer experiences I've ever faced.
What was initially promised as a transparent "all-inclusive" service quickly devolved into a series of unreasonable charges. Here’s a summary of the financial surprises I faced: 1. Excessive Charges at Contract End: The company billed me 50% of the car's current market value at the end of the lease. This assessment seems unreasonable and appears to be a punitive fee aimed at profiting from the lease return. There was no adequate explanation for this outrageous amount, and my numerous complaints went unanswered without clarification. The documentation provided was insufficient to clarify the charges.
2. Insurance Overlooked: I had full insurance coverage throughout the lease period. Nevertheless, the company presented me with the total repair costs and refused to provide any documentation from the insurance provider. This is fundamentally unfair and indicates possible double-dipping.
3. Inflated Charges for Missed Service: I received an invoice for a missed service that was more than double what the company had paid the garage for the actual work performed. This isn't a reimbursement; it's a blatant profit-making charge. Additionally, they charged me for a Non-Existent Loss: Most troubling was the charge for the "loss of manufacturer warranty," despite having written confirmation from the official dealership that the warranty remains intact. It appears the company is fabricating losses to extract more funds.
In conclusion, the company has attempted to impose thousands in charges that are either grossly inflated, should have been covered by insurance, or are entirely fictitious. Their behavior lacks both integrity and transparency.

In conclusion, I faced attempts to impose inflated charges that should have been covered by insurance or are entirely fictitious. Their practices lack integrity and transparency.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I was unexpectedly charged nearly 1000 CHF due to misleading subscription conditions. I was forced to pay an extra month’s rent on a 3-month lease because I didn’t cancel the subscription 14 days in advance. The subscription was presented as a fixed-term lease that ends when the car is returned on time, but the termination conditions were hidden in fine print. No one at the pickup location explained this clearly. The customer service took a very legalistic stance on my complaints. 2) Even worse, they scrutinized every detail to impose a 400 CHF cleaning charge, which was later reduced to 200 CHF.
The worst company I've encountered. Poor customer service, hefty cancellation fees, frequently changing terms and fees, unhelpful staff, and misleading information about car changes. The insurance without a deductible only covers repairs at the end of a 48-month contract. I strongly advise staying away.
