The company used a delivery service and their performance has been abysmal. I ordered a pillow on December 15th, and I am still waiting for this Christmas gift. Their tracking service is ineffective. I will NEVER shop with this company again. When I contacted a manager, he kept attributing the delay to holiday volume. I still have no idea when I will receive my order.
