When I contacted a manager, he continually blamed the holiday rush for the delays, but I still have no idea when my order will arrive.

I purchased a mattress, adjustable frame, sheets, and pillows six months ago and I am extremely satisfied with all the products. I recently discovered that the pillow top and covers can be removed for washing. The zippers are small, but as I zipped them back on, I was worried they might tear. The quality of the zippers and stitching is outstanding, and I've had no issues. I have been very happy with all my purchases over the past six months.
I purchased these sheets while on a cruise in the Bahamas, hoping they would surpass other bamboo sheets I had bought for less. They feel soft and comfortable, but the fitted sheet is excessively large and bunches up while I sleep.
