I bought a 100% viscose from bamboo queen sheet set that was advertised as luxurious. I followed all care instructions, yet they began pilling after a few washes. Before a year was up, the bottom sheet started shredding in multiple spots. When I contacted customer service, they refused to help because I didn't call within one year. I was unaware of any warranty and had no receipt. Even after offering to buy a new bottom sheet, they insisted on selling the whole set. This has been a huge disappointment and a waste of money!
