I purchased a Comfort T-shirt, impressed by the softness of the material. After only two wears and washes, the shirt began to pill all over. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that pilling is not covered under their warranty, despite being within the one-year period for defects. I believe this is unacceptable customer service and reflects poorly on the quality of their products. I won't be buying from them again.
