Great experience! We were going to rent a car from Europcar in France for 3 weeks. I needed excess coverage. I was hesitant when I first looked into CarInsuRent. After looking at reviews online, I decided to go for it. When returning the car, we had a scruff for which Europcar charged something like 600 Euro (damage + admin fee)! I contacted CarInsuRent right away, followed instructions, and provided the requested information.Not only did they pay back the entire amount that I was charged without giving me any hassle whatsoever, but the service was great. They were helpful and super responsive (email). They pay via PayPal who do take a fee, but that is per their policy. Overall, it was a great experience. I was pleasantly surprised and will take them again if needed.
