I emailed the company to cancel just one minute after placing the order, but they informed me that they only process cancellations on weekdays. Consequently, I have to return the product at my own expense due to their policies. If they can authorize an order on a weekend, why can't they manage cancellations? This reflects poorly on their customer service.
