When I politely requested a refund, they claimed it wasn’t possible because I used a certain payment method. They insisted that I set up the subscription through that method, which I did not. I didn’t even use the app! I would suggest avoiding this service entirely and opting for a more reliable option. I ended up purchasing another product with free lifetime updates.

Prices in the app are nearly double those on their website. I tried contacting customer service, and they asked for a screenshot? It seems easier for them to check their own prices. I attempted to send the screenshots multiple times, including a message without images, but I keep receiving replies stating that my emails are being blocked. What a ridiculous situation.

I'm writing this because I mistakenly ordered the product, but they lack a cancellation option on their website. I emailed the company to cancel just one minute after placing the order, but they informed me that they only process cancellations on weekdays. Consequently, I have to return the product at my own expense due to their policies. If they can authorize an order on a weekend, why can't they manage cancellations? This reflects poorly on their customer service.
Currently, I would rate this product as a 1-star. It used to have some useful features, but after not using it for a while, I needed to reset the service indicator and now can't do that. It shows some error codes but doesn’t explain them. Now they want almost £60 a year just for basic functions, which feels like a complete rip-off.
