Been with Carista about 4odd years now and feel I need to leave a positive review as all I hear is negative comments and Carista unwilling to help. Over last year or so I've had issues with my White Ob2 adapter that keeps going faulty. The 3rd one went about 1.5 weeks ago and I contacted their customer service team and had the pleasure of dealing with Ali Abdin.Emails back and forward between the both of us he offered me another White Ob2 Reader again for free but I said I didn't want that same one again and asked to be sent the new Evo adapter due all the hassles I've had with the other adapter.He couldn't that but kindly refunded my Carista subscription for the year whilst keeping the subscription active. Also told me that the new Evo was coming down in price between 18th-24th March and I could use my refund to get it bought. The new one arrived Friday and Ali had said to email again to say it had arrived and was set up and no issues with it which I did. Just got email from Ali saying that he'd updated my Carista Subscription and I've now got free membership until August 2025. So I'd just like to say a huge thanks to Ali for sorting out all my issues and your a credit to Carista and what you've managed to do for me is great. It's nice to actually praise Carista and the team for everything that has been done and not read negative comments about doing nothing as I feel that Ali went over and beyond their job to help a customer in trouble.
