I love the trainers; they are amazing, but the customer service is nonexistent. I received no order confirmation or shipping information. After multiple attempts to contact them, I only got generic responses. Two years ago, my experience was excellent, but now I'm disappointed as I ordered four pairs and only received two, with no updates on the others.
