Terrible customer service and return process. Trying to return a pair of shoes via the Happy Returns process that sends you to UPS with a QR code landed me at a form that indicated that my shoes, received by me 3 weeks ago haven't shipped! Well, I have them in front of me. I retried this form 3x, then sought another way through their web site which allowed me to check off the shoes I want to return, but the process stopped there. At the bottom of the page, a link in small letters "Contact" took me to an automated chat in which you fill in details of your problem, but there was no response to anything I typed into boxes provided, merely a message at the end that says they will get back to you by email. There is no customer number listed anywhere and trying to find one by googling produces one that doesn't work and a link to something called "Pissed Consumer." Meanwhile, I completed a return though Happy Returns/UPS of 2 other pairs of shoes from KURU in less than 5 minutes. Given all the other terrible reviews similar to mine, I am not seeing how it is that Trust Pilot, which I usually find fairly reliable in screening scams, gives this company a satisfactory rating at all.
