I pre ordered a pair of loafers in May. I got a delivered notice today. Box looked nice, no damage but gosh feeling really light. My mistake not filming me opening cause I am not someone who does that. But found out why it was light, NOTHING INSIDE! This is the 2nd time they have messed up an order. At least the other time I got the wrong pair of shoes. I have a couple other pairs and ordered again because they are comfortable and cute shoes. But who is the quality control person? I think you need to look on linkedin for someone else!
