Called their phone to ask for help. After multiple trials to reach them on phone they finally answered. I explained to them about a situation I have regarding my license not being accepted even though it is still within the rules. They didn't listen carefully and just kept saying "we are sorry we can't refund you" even though I never asked for a refund, just a solution to my situation as I already have made arrangements based on the booking. They just kept repeating the same message as a broken record. I'm really disappointed and never expected that response from a supposedly respectful company.
