Mis-sold vehicle - CJT-202554999 - I am a very unhappy customer !
Upon arrival at Green Motion, who you referred me to, the car I booked, Petrol Honda CR-V, was not even among the cars that Green Motion rent.
I was offered a BYD electric car which was too small and also not acceptable as I planned lots of miles in a short space of time so have no time to keep stopping and charging.
I was then advised by Green Motion that 4 adults and 4 small cabin bags would not even go into the replacement car !
I had a 2 year old child with me and so extremely reluctantly rented a vehicle which was practical and this cost me £250.00 in addition to the £206.76 I had already paid to Car Jet meaning I have paid £456.76 to hire a car for just 3 days.
I complained to Green Motion staff on site when I returned the vehicle and was advised to complain to you.
I am looking for a refund of the £250 “upgrade” costs paid.
If you cannot contact me urgently and resolve this matter, I will pursue this with the regulator BVRLA.
