The worst service I ever experienced...the guarantee fee, which is huge, EUR 2500, even you have full insurance, you will know about it only after you made the booking. They do not have their own rental office and are using other car rental office services. Therefore you will never get help from them, if your flight delay for example...at least I didn't got any help...
