I was booking a car in Australia and price was quoted in $ (the currency of Australia). At no point did the quote say that it was in USD or US$, so I was most surprised to have to pay a LOT more for my car. Added to that, when I followed up with CarJet after the rental to see what compensation they could offer me, they just went silent. Very disappointing experience and I will not use CarJet again
