The customer service for a so-called "premium brand" is very disappointing. I've had an issue with my lock for five weeks and can't reach anyone. Their responses suggest I've forgotten my code, despite explaining multiple times that I haven't. Now I have suitcases I can't access, and they won't assist with fixing the problem. Initially, their service was responsive during the purchase, but now it has changed dramatically. Terrible service.
