Misleading Specifications: The "Laptop Pocket" Does Not Exist. I bought the bag based on its claim to hold a 16-inch laptop. In reality, it lacks a padded laptop compartment. When I raised this with support, they acknowledged that the "pocket" refers to the main cavity of the bag. This is misleading, and a brand at this price point should provide accurate specifications, not vague marketing. Beautiful leather, but be cautious about the claims.
The customer service for a so-called "premium brand" is very disappointing. I've had an issue with my lock for five weeks and can't reach anyone. Their responses suggest I've forgotten my code, despite explaining multiple times that I haven't. Now I have suitcases I can't access, and they won't assist with fixing the problem. Initially, their service was responsive during the purchase, but now it has changed dramatically. Terrible service.
