I received the wrong grille for my transit van on Friday. It was incorrectly listed for a 2021 model. I immediately contacted customer service, and they requested my VIN, a photo of the grille, and a video showing it didn't fit. I provided the photo and VIN but didn’t send a video since the grille was packed for return. On Monday, they asked again for a video, and I explained I couldn’t reopen the package. They have the correct grille on their site for exchange, yet I haven't heard back. They also charge a 30% restocking fee, costing me around €40, plus return postage. This service has been very disappointing and unnecessarily complicated.
