I received the wrong item, which was incredibly disappointing. The response I received was to return it and lose 30%, or as a gesture of goodwill, I could keep it and get a 10% refund. They even suggested I could try to sell the item myself.
I ordered a part and received a notification saying my package was left behind a plant pot in an open garden that I never requested. When I checked, the parcel was missing, and my neighbors or family members didn’t have it either. After complaining, I was advised to check again, but still found nothing. I was then told to address the issue with the delivery service, but I insisted it's their responsibility. I'm still trying to get my part resent or refunded, and this has been going on for over three months for £100. Make sure you're home when ordering, or you might end up in a lengthy dispute.
I received my order (grille for a transit van) on Friday, 28/11/25, but it was the incorrect grille despite being listed for a 2021 model on the sale page. I immediately reached out to the support team via email. A representative asked for my VIN number, a photo of my van's grille, and a video showing it doesn’t fit. I provided the photo and VIN but didn't send a video as I had already repacked the grille for return. On Monday, I was asked again for a video. I explained that I had already sent the necessary information and couldn’t reopen the package, as they are strict about returns being in perfect condition. They have the correct grille available for exchange, but I have yet to hear back. Additionally, they impose a 30% restocking fee, which would cost me around €40, plus I have to pay for recorded return shipping, making it even more expensive. This service has been very disappointing and should have been straightforward. I’ve never been asked for videos and photos before when returning items. The company will profit from the 30% fee for doing nothing but restocking the wrong grille, and while I would have purchased the correct grille from them, now I just want my grille returned and my money back, minus the 30% charge. I won’t be using their service again.
I received great service and high-quality products. I was initially worried after reading negative reviews, but customer service responded within a day. My starter motor arrived on time, and I’m very pleased with its quality, which is comparable to an OEM part but much cheaper. I will confidently order from this service again in the future.

I purchased side scuttle indicator lenses for my vehicle, but they leaked. I reached out to customer service for replacements, but they only offered a partial refund of 15%, which was later increased to 30%. I decided to take the 30% refund and won't be purchasing from this service again. Absolutely unacceptable.
