I received my order (grille for a transit van) on Friday, 28/11/25, but it was the incorrect grille despite being listed for a 2021 model on the sale page. I immediately reached out to the support team via email. A representative asked for my VIN number, a photo of my van's grille, and a video showing it doesn’t fit. I provided the photo and VIN but didn't send a video as I had already repacked the grille for return. On Monday, I was asked again for a video. I explained that I had already sent the necessary information and couldn’t reopen the package, as they are strict about returns being in perfect condition. They have the correct grille available for exchange, but I have yet to hear back. Additionally, they impose a 30% restocking fee, which would cost me around €40, plus I have to pay for recorded return shipping, making it even more expensive. This service has been very disappointing and should have been straightforward. I’ve never been asked for videos and photos before when returning items. The company will profit from the 30% fee for doing nothing but restocking the wrong grille, and while I would have purchased the correct grille from them, now I just want my grille returned and my money back, minus the 30% charge. I won’t be using their service again.
