I purchased a device in 2023. They certainly know how to entice customers, but after nearly three years, the device has only degraded from completely ineffective to mediocre. I've reported specific issues multiple times. Initially, they provided some workarounds and had me adjust various settings. Now, the device has stopped receiving updates, and many bugs remain unresolved. They don't even respond to emails anymore. Great job on customer service. Thanks! Awaiting a reply to my last email.
