The product didn't I reach out to the support team and they completely disengaged despite repeated emails. They re-engaged with me after my poor review on Trust pilot. You can see their reply below. The team briefly engaged with me and then stated "Due to the extended duration since your purchase, your box cannot be repaired."Carlinkit offered me a 20% discount on my next purchase. As you can imagine 20% discount on a product that hasn't worked wasn't too appealing. What adds insult to injury is that the carlinkit team drove that "extended time" by completely ignoring me. The product may work but if it doesn't the team won't help you.
