My experience at Carlos Jr was sad and terrible. I wish that this never happen to any other customer. They screwed my order put lettuce when i asked for no lettuce, they were mad when i returned back to complain so they took my sandwiches tossed them in the garbage and refused to give me a replacement saying that i took bigger bites from them. I was intermetant fasting for 18 hours and literally shaking from hunger.They took my food, refused replacement and shot the window on my face. I literally went to bed defeated and hungry after a long day at work. I slept hungry because someone decided to punish me for complaining 😞 The next day, I called to speak to the store manager, but she refused to talk to me. I heard her say she was “too busy” to deal with my complaint at the moment, and then the call ended.I left a one-star review, and they replied with an apology, asking me to follow a link. After I did that, they completely ignored me.
