Essential features of the app simply do not work. In my case it was the battery registration function for a BMW. When the error was reported, Carly customer service admitted that this feature does not work and that a solution could take a year to appear. Since I purchased their app and scanner specifically for this function, I requested a full refund, but was offered only a 20%, then 30%, refund. I am currently pursuing legal and regulatory remedies against this company. Based on my experience, my advice would be to avoid dealing with this product and company.
